A – Primary Frame – Unsupported Bulk Bag ( FIBC )

Standard features for primary Bulk Bag  frame:

  • Heavy wall 75mm RHS box section powder coated frame
  • Adjustable height zinc plated  legs
  • Fully welded tapered pan for extra weight carrying capacity
  • Safety support chain
  • Material probe pocket with 3 compartments fits 90mm probe
  • Bag untie access hatch with window for operator safety
  • Drain slide chute

The following options are available for the primary frame:

Option  1A  Removable mesh on pan for de-bagging

2A  Removable dead blade knife for single use bags

3A  VTO Base with 1 take off Tube 50/63mm Material Take Off

4A  Additional VTO 50/63mm Tubes up to a maximum of 3

5A  Dust proof Iris Seal and adapter for powders – enables untie and retie with minimal dust escape

6A  Lower base with Flanged Exit/opening for OEM auger/ hopper

Option includes: Fully Height adjustable frame, rear cross and side beams , Hoist I-Beam with front and rear traverse Stops, Certified Hoist Lifting Frame. HOIST Not Included (customer supplied)

Option  3B  Pneumatic Bag Massaging System and Timer

Option includes:  2 x 100mm diameter air cylinders fitted to plate paddles with timer, vertical cylinder supports, electrical panel and isolated power supply.
